About the event
No longer just a black sheep
An experiential workshop offering a variety of supportive techniques for those who were and still are black sheep in their family.
who felt that they were aliens in the world,
who have experienced the role of the outsider since the dawn of their childhood, inside and outside the family.
One of the challenges of being the black sheep in the family is the way the black sheep is imprinted on us and affects our adult lives in the present.
The experience of the black sheep is so embedded in us that those who live it know its reverberations in every area of life - self-criticism, self-hatred, painful perfectionism, guilt, internal gaslighting, difficulty opening up to others - whether it's the partner or whether it's in relationships Verbatim and business. Any stressful social interaction, especially if you have to present yourself in public, a feeling of alienation, lack of belonging, accompanies the black sheep throughout life.
It doesn't have to stay that way!
In the workshop you will experience creative exercises using the family constellation method that will help explore how we can create an inner sense of belonging that will help us bring and express ourselves to the world in a new and beneficial way.
What will you need in the workshop?
Pages, stationery, colored markers/pencils, something delicious to drink and eat.
The workshop is open to all black sheep wherever they are and there is no need for previous acquaintance with Constellation.
Workshop duration: 2 hours
